Reviews and Ratings
I had an lovely experience at The Spectator Hotel, where the blend of perfect service and luxurious amenities made my stay extraordinary. The staff was genuinely welcoming, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere at the bar. However, I wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy everything Charleston has to offer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently stayed at The Spectator Hotel, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. While the location was convenient and the room decor was lovely, the service was frustratingly inconsistent and often lacking. I had issues with check-in, communication from staff, and the overall upkeep of the room. Given the high price of the stay, I expected much more in terms of a seamless experience and attentive service.
My stay at The Spectator Hotel was a mix of good service and a couple of small hiccups. The butler service was perfect and really made breakfast in bed special, though I faced some issues with my coffee not being hot on a couple of mornings. Also, I did notice some construction noise early one morning, but the staff were responsive once I brought it up. Overall, the staff's friendliness and the hotel's central location made my stay enjoyable.
My stay at The Spectator Hotel was an absolute delight. The elegant room design and luxurious amenities, including plush bedding and high-end toiletries, really set the tone for a special experience. I did encounter a minor hiccup with drink pours at the bar, which felt a bit on the lighter side considering the hotel's overall excellence. Nevertheless, I can confidently say this is a place I would return to without hesitation.
I recently stayed at The Spectator Hotel, and while the experience had its highlights, there were some drawbacks too. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of historic Charleston, and the staff truly exemplify attentive service. However, I did find the noise from nearby construction and a loud neighboring room a bit disruptive during my stay. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel, but I would recommend asking for a quiet room when booking.
